  ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOOS NEST is the best way to describe this clinic. (I see someone else has the same sentiment about the Ambleside Clinic. I agree... "walk-in clinics are WAY better.") I am not the type to go to the doctor unless I seriously have to. I popped in today though, as it was empty, no people in the waiting room; hoping to get a quick prescription filled. (Not my first attempt at this either.... my last 5 appointments were not much better.) It's 12 pm & the clerk tells me to come back at 6:30pm. She says the doctor is off till 4pm. I reply "she's right behind you." Clerk replies "yes but she doesn't start till 4. Three more times the doctor walks behind her as we talk. I ask, "can't she just write the prescription- it will take 30 seconds." Clerk gets angry & we begin to bicker. A nicer doctor with dark hair walks in & tells me I can go to the pharmacy for the prescription if they still have it on file, they can refill a small dosage for me. Pharmacy says they have to fax a letter to the clinic for a signature. I go back to the clinic, no one will sign it. I ask if I can switch to the nice doctor, but I am told they don't crossover patients here. Funny cause 5 out of my 7 visits I saw nothing but other doctors there. More bickering ensues between me & the clerk. I say to her "I'd rather go to a clinic than come here- I get better treatment." Clerk replies "go ahead- have fun!." I couldn't contain myself & told her she is a "bag" as I left. I hope I never see these people again. They are horrible. I thought doctors & staff are supposed to "HELP PEOPLE"...not treat you like imbeciles.

  Dr. Jessica Palmer is like an angel on earth but very smart as well. She is kind, caring and very professional and took the extra steps to ensure that my care was of the best quality with great solutions in a complex situation. Her follow up is excellent and keeps up to date on file progress. The staff at the clinic is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My thanks to all for a good experience in hard times.
