He is a great communicator, lets you know what he's about to do for you, what options might be available and invites feedback, both at the time and subsequent thereto. He's been in practice for almost 20 years, is personable and pleasant, is a consummate professional who I trust absolutely and is aided by a team who exhibit all the same virtues.
